WINNER – 2023 EXPORT AWARD
OMNIA™ Wheel is leading the world in the production of high performance omni wheels and their applications, as evidenced by last year’s growth in the company’s export derived revenue. Not only has Omnia Wheel been successfully exporting to China and Europe, but taking a punt with a massive investment in automated production capacity, their USA trajectory has total annual revenue increasing by 60%, with a four-fold increase in product output. This disproportionate leap in export product and revenue ensures Omnia Wheel recognition for the team’s excellence in exporting – HunterNet is proud of Omnia Wheel’s success as we know this is the result of hard work, tenacity, a lot of risk, and it did not happen overnight.

WINNER – 2023 SUSTAINABILITY AWARD
Aptly named, Resourceful Living is walking the talk in its commitment to Sustainability. Building upon its initial exploration, Resourceful Living is maturing its collaboration with Hunter New England Health to better establish a wider circular economy within the Hunter New England Health ecosystem, including progression of contracts, presence in hospital stores, optimisation of waste material pickup, and wider awareness and promotion within the Health system. The system-wide leadership in explaining, showing, and actually conducting circular economy initiatives is saving waste, repurposing material, employing more people, and leading and bringing other organisations and stakeholders on the sustainable journey. Resourceful Living is a true exemplar of implementing impactful Sustainability which is why the team is a worthy recipient of the Sustainability Award for 2024.

WINNER – 2023 MEMBER OF THE YEAR
SWS Lawyers are a dynamic corporate and commercial law firm. They first came on as Members a few years ago, via an introduction to Derek Charge who was their local representative at the time who was from a diverse background including Manufacturing so this piqued our interest. They are ably led by Andrew Windybank and with Richard and Reid in attendance at a large number of our events. Over the last twelve months they have been working with HunterNet to develop and operate specific forums to try and help the Membership. We have valued their enthusiasm and involvement in the HunterNet brand and they epitomize what HunterNet is about.
