To honour the past through the lens of reinvogorating under- utilised industrial space with creativity and a way of building community is exactly what HunterNet Director and local entrepreneur, Lyndell Fogarty, and her husband Darren have done.
Working closely with the Stronach Property Group, MOA & co, located at 16 Gipps St Carrington within the original space of one of BHP’s operations, has a vibe like nothing else here in the hunter. A café, event space, pottery, fresh food – every day is unique and there is always something new going on. From art exhibitions, yoga, team building events, pottery workshops, board meetings, corporate dinners and christmas parties, MOA & co is a space that links the past with a reimaged way of connecting community and corporates.
Working with local businesses and small batch artisans, Lyndell and Darren are building something unique and something that HunterNet members can enjoy. If looking for a vibrant, creative area that can be as private as you would like it be, a menu that is bespoke for every occasion and a space that holds everything from record fairs with gin tasting to showcasing entreprenurial kids, MOA is a place that would love to hold your next team catch up.
