🎉 August HunterNet General Members Meeting Recap! 🎉
The August HunterNet General Members Meeting (GMM) was a resounding success, with an impressive turnout hosted by the amazing team at McLanahan Corporation in Cameron Park! It’s truly inspiring to see how our community continues to grow, with each event surpassing the last. A big thank you to Neil Hunt and the entire McLanahan team for their exceptional hospitality. The quality of the McLanahan team is a clear reflection of the company’s success.
A special highlight of the evening was the outstanding presentation by our current HunterNet Future Leaders Program participants, Brent Gooley and Bevan McLachlan. Their professionalism and insightfulness were on full display, showing the bright future of leadership within our industry. It’s always encouraging to see the next generation stepping up and leading with such confidence and competence.
We also had the pleasure of officially welcoming new members to the HunterNet family: ABC Training and Consulting, Academy SheetMetal Pty Ltd, and Australian Electrical Vehicle Specialists. We’re excited to have you all on board and look forward to seeing the innovative contributions you’ll bring to our community. 🚀
Breaking from our usual format, this GMM featured a thought-provoking member-to-member chat session with MADEPARTNERS and Process Automation and Controls. The discussion offered valuable insights into the power of member connections and why they are so critical to our collective success. A big thanks to Boris Novak, BE(ELEC) GAICD, for facilitating this engaging session with Andrew Sommerville and Shane Dorward. The session underscored the importance of collaboration and the immense value that comes from leveraging each other’s expertise and experience.
