This year’s Future Leader Project aims to introduce significant changes to a HunterNet member organization, focusing on strategic pivots and innovative approaches for long-term growth. Teams will identify key challenges or opportunities and develop a bold yet achievable strategic plan. The project emphasizes transformative change, aiming for more than mere adaptation but thriving in future endeavors.

The Project Team Presentations are on October 24, where teams will showcase their strategic plans to a panel of esteemed industry leaders. The winning team will be announced at the Annual Gala Dinner on October 26 at Noah’s on the Beach, Newcastle.
