We encourage HunterNet Members and HunterNet Career Connections Host Employers to join us online via teams, or in person at our HunterNet Offices for a practical breakfast briefing on the upcoming NSW psychological injury legislative reforms and importantly what they mean for employers.
This session will:
- Explain the key legislative changes to psychological injury claims, including stricter eligibility requirements, new dispute pathways, and revised thresholds for entitlements.
- Explore the impact on employers, including implications for workplace practices, people management, and broader organisational risk.
- Provide an overview of liability implications, including how the reforms may influence claim outcomes, insurer responses, and overall risk exposure.
The briefing will be followed by an interactive Q&A panel, bringing together legal and risk specialists to discuss practical scenarios and answer your questions.
