Our mission
We equip aspiring industry talent with the skills, contacts and confidence they need for business success and future succession. We do this by exposing them to industry-leading presenters, cross-functional networks and a competitive scenario-based project experience that develops both critical and soft skills.
Our vision
To unlock upcoming talent potential and make industry bright.
10+ years in operation | Over 50 future leaders trained | Leading Hunter organisations supported | No prior qualifications required | Credits issued towards MBA at UON
Learn, network, share, problem-solve
Our workshop sessions are practical, interactive and engaging.
Presentations from industry leaders
We bring in the best minds in industry to share their knowledge and expertise on various topics with our future leaders.
Genuine networking opportunities
Participants have the chance to interact directly with our industry-leading presenters, as well as peers across different sectors.
A chance to share industry experiences
We encourage everyone who participates in the program to share their unique experiences and insights across various sectors.
