13 interactive and engaging Leadership Sessions
Our Future Leaders Program 2022 is set to be another cracker. As per previous years, the workshops sessions, which run over approximate nine months, include presentations by industry leaders, networking and sharing opportunities and a competitive scenario-based project experience.
A key aspect of the Program is the major project where the participants form multi-disciplinary teams and work within a competitive business environment on a topic relevant to the business world today. Over the last few years, the Project has seen participants develop realistic and innovative solutions for various contemporary issues such as global export markets, transport networks, and the Hunter’s ‘brain drain’ crisis. During the Project, teams are mentored by industry leading professionals and collectively present to a judging panel consisting of prominent business executives.
This Program allows Hunter businesses to not only invest in the future of their young professionals, but safeguard the continued success of their business. Each year this Program grows from strength to strength, with 2022 Program places already limited! Get in quick to secure the leadership development opportunity of a lifetime.

What managers of past participants say
Our employee embarked on the Future Leader Journey in April and the growth we have seen in their productivity, mindset, capabilities and above all leadership qualities has most certainly impressed us and reinforced how great a Program this is.
