Tegan Winters is a seasoned recruiter leading a dynamic blue-collar recruitment team, responsible for managing several hundred contractors across multiple Hunter worksites. A trusted advisor to the region’s extensive industrial community, Tegan is dedicated to fostering growth opportunities while championing the innovation, manufacturing, and development capabilities within the Newcastle and Greater Hunter Region.

An alumni of the HunterNet Future Leaders Program (FLP) and the 2023 Future Leader of the Year, Tegan has actively contributed to the program’s success as a committee member since 2024. Her involvement allows her to continue learning, expanding her network, and supporting the professional growth of others.

Passionate about empowering the region’s workforce, Tegan combines industry expertise with a genuine commitment to the community, helping businesses thrive and individuals grow in their careers.

Dreaming & Creating a Better Future with the Toolkit of Design and the Technical Aptitude of an Engineer.

Jason has a proven track record in leading and delivering creative and innovative solutions to products and projects large and small.  He has a wealth of experience in the fields of design, engineering, and manufacturing.   His multidisciplinary design career has provided him with the tools and insights to deliver many outstanding projects big and small that have benefited end users and manufacturing staff.

Jason is passionate about designing products that have great business outcomes and additionally create a desirable user centred experience. As his career trajectory evolves, he continues to work within organisations that utilise and challenge his problem-solving skills and provide him with the opportunities to grow and exceed expectations.

A born and bred Novocastrian and a Talent Acquisition specialist with experience across the Healthcare and Mining & Manufacturing Industries, I have been part of Ampcontrol Group since 2022 supporting the Service, Technology, Sales, Innovation and Group Engineering areas of the business.

With a solutions focussed mindset, I enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to achieve optimal results for all.

A passionate people leader, I am driven to support individuals and teams, particularly during periods of professional and personal growth.
