Sarah demonstrates a remarkable ability to work autonomously, efficiently assessing what needs to be done, the tools required, and the necessary resources, all with minimal supervision.

This proactive approach has already led to positive changes within the team, as evidenced by her suggestion to alter a procedure in the test documentation.
