The 2024 HunterNet Future Leaders program once again highlighted the incredible talent driving progress within our region. This year’s participants collaborated with HunterNet Member Organisations, tackling real-world challenges to deliver innovative solutions and strategic growth plans. Acting as consultancy teams, they worked with Advitech, Jaegersoft, R&R Murphy, and TW Woods to develop strategies for sustainable, long-term success.
We are thrilled to congratulate this year’s winning team, Hunter Fab Consulting, who partnered with R&R Murphy to develop a diversified growth strategy. Under the guidance of 2015 program alum Tegann Kelly, the team—Ben Mamont (PWCS), Ben Morgan (Swanson Industries), Ben Tsang (Thales), Dan Smith (Tunra), Jason Chan (Banlaw), and Lauren Jones (Ampcontrol)—outlined a transformative five-year plan focusing on operational, commercial, and organisational innovation.
The program’s esteemed judging panel—Baidy Barton (The Melt), Graeme Vennell (Vice Chair, HunterNet Cooperative), Tim Browne (Dantia), and Sheena Martin (Business Hunter)—was unanimous in their praise for the quality of this year’s project submissions. They noted the outstanding standard of excellence each team brought to their presentations, with all teams delivering exceptional strategies that will help future-proof their partnered organisations.
Additionally, we would like to recognize KLABBL Project Team 4, who received a Highly Commended award for their collaboration with Jaegersoft. Their work exemplified the program’s spirit of innovation and resilience, providing a strategic approach to support Jaegersoft’s future growth.
