HunterNet’s Largest General Members Meeting Yet – Hosted by Downer
Our first General Members Meeting (GMM) for 2025 was an outstanding success, with a record-breaking turnout at Downer’s Hexham facility. Attendance exceeded expectations, making it our largest gathering to date.

We were also pleased to formally welcome Plan Safe as a new HunterNet member, further strengthening our growing community.
Downer’s Energy & Utilities business took centre stage, providing attendees with an exclusive look at their operations and capabilities. The team facilitated insightful site tours, giving members a firsthand view of the impressive work being carried out at the Hexham facility.
HunterNet CEO Ivan Waterfield provided an update on upcoming board changes, including a transition in the HunterNet Chair position. More details on this will be announced soon.
