We offer a range of membership types designed to align with the size of your company and come with different obligations.

*Fees effective 1 January 2022 (inclusive of GST). All members have the same rights and entitlements as per the Model Rule and the Act.
Member obligations
General Members
Must operate a business actively and directly involved in defence, manufacturing, energy and resources, infrastructure and asset management, environment and sustainability, medtech and agribusiness industries. They must be committed to quality management and innovation and the process of continuous improvement.
Patron Members
Because of their leadership and influence in their business areas, they can contribute particular skills, knowledge, advice, influence and assistance for the effective implementation of the policies and activities most suited to achieving the co-op’s objectives.
Sponsor Members
Must be service providers to the defence, manufacturing, energy and resources, infrastructure and asset management, environment and sustainability, medtech and agribusiness industries and may join as and when the Board determines in line with the co-op’s sponsorship policies and when the number of existing Sponsor Members is equal to or greater than one-third of the number of General Members.

The membership approval process
- Your completed and returned membership application is submitted to the HunterNet Co-operative Ltd monthly board meeting.
- If the Board approves your membership, you’ll receive a welcome letter and tax invoice for one year’s annual membership fees. Membership approval is subject to these fees being paid.
