Capabilities
The Goal Group is an industry cluster of Small to Medium Enterprises. Goal Group’s consultants hold Defence and Government clearances, with discipline compliant certifications, tertiary and Australian Qualification Framework accreditations and qualifications.
Goal Group now has over 30 large and small companies, plus many sole traders. Each member provides capability that ensures we can offer consultancy services to our clients’ needs and requirements. Goal Group has over 100 principal consultants and over 400 senior consultants with a network across Australia.
We operate predominately in Government and Defence both for Federal and State Governments whilst also assisting across the defence, rail and general manufacturing industry. Our capabilities include:
- Strategic Planning including Remediation planning, Life of Type review, readiness review, Logistics Engineering and ILS recovery and other get-well programs. Including Program and Project Managers with significant Australian cross platform experience, our strategic maritime planning capability is well utilised.
