Capabilities
Hunter TAFE offers over 500 programs and operates from 15 campuses throughout Hunter and Central Coast regions as well as delivering and assessing in many industry workplaces and internationally.
Our staff are highly qualified and have recent and relevant industry experience. As well, they have the skills to conduct skills audits and training needs analyses, and to construct, with the client, training solutions that are relevant, timely and cost-effective. Hunter TAFE also provides education and training to the international market as well as programs for international students travelling to Australia.
Previous Experience
Hunter TAFE has been operating in the region since 1896 and has continued to expand its level and diversity of service as the requirements of industry and business have evolved.
Originally operating from one site in Newcastle, Hunter TAFE now provides education and training to over 55,000 students per annum.

Hunter TAFE provides a variety of nationally accredited programs including short courses, certificates, diplomas and advanced diplomas, as well as skill sets and targeted, non-accredited training. Programs are offered through a range of delivery modes.
