Omali brings a people-centric approach to recruitment and is passionate about uncovering hidden talent and delivering standout candidate experiences from start to finish. Her career includes high-impact roles with Monadelphous and the Transport Construction Authority, where she developed a strong foundation in industrial recruitment and workforce solutions for complex environments.  Omali’s addition to the team is a strategic move, and as Krystle Parker shares, “her depth of experience and people-first approach strengthens our capability to deliver tailored, full-service recruitment solutions.”
