Saunders International has announced its agreement to acquire Piping Solutions, specialists in the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of steel pipelines, structures, pressure vessels and refuelling systems for the Defence, Aviation, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors.
The acquisition accelerates Saunders’ strategic expansion into Defence, providing complementary capabilities in steel piping, fabrication, installation, and maintenance. Piping Solutions’ high-end skills will facilitate a vertically integrated offering, capturing increased revenue across projects and expanding Saunders’ target markets.
Saunders’ Managing Director and CEO, Mark Benson, said, “The acquisition will expand Piping Solutions’ existing capabilities and reach, while enhancing Saunders’ service offering to our existing clients and further accelerating Saunders’ expansion into the Defence sector.”
