I am an engineering management professional with over twenty years’ experience in the electrical industry, across engineering services, original equipment manufacture, and defence aerospace sectors. I have formal electrical trade, engineering, and functional safety qualifications, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Newcastle and am a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

In my current role with PCE,I have successfully built a high-performing team of 30+ electrical engineers, managers, and administrators dedicated to the enduring success of client, company, and self. I have developed and implemented PCE’s certified Integrated Management System (across HSEQ), setup the PCE Advisory Board, including independent membership and key governance collateral, and led the development of our Count on us philosophy driving organisational enhancement through greater connection & community, celebrating health & wellbeing, promoting diversity & inclusion, and making great decisions for business.

What’s more, I strongly identify with ‘The power of many’ philosophy and believe my leadership style and passion for ‘developing great humans’ to be highly complementary to the purpose of HunterNet Cooperative.
