After engaging HNCC for apprentices via UGL, Wayne was impressed by our management of safety and the wellbeing of apprentices and was approached to join the Board. He’s passionate about achieving results and working with people to help them reach their potential.
Over his career, Wayne has held many senior roles and been able to visit many companies to understand best practice. This gives him the experience and skills to understand and provide solutions to the change HNCC encounters as well as provide governance.
Wayne is the current Chair of the HunterNet Career Connections Board of Directors.
