This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification in a supportive and professional environment.
About the Role:
This role is in an office environment, working with a fantastic team. Admin trainees provide support to the team by keeping things organised. During this time, you will learn all the essential skills needed for a successful career in administration within the government sector. You will work with experienced professionals, who will mentor and guide you as you develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Perform accurate data entry.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Maintain and organise files and records.
- Assist with office tasks as required.
- Supporting with both regional & statewide projects.
- Engage in ongoing learning by undertaking and completing a Certificate III in Business Administration.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills & attention to detail.
- Good time management & teamwork skills.
- Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office).
- Valid driver’s licence or reliable transport.
- Current Working With Children Check.
