Are you ready to start a career in Business? HunterNet Career Connections, in partnership with our host company Poly Pipe, are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Business Trainee in Toronto.
We are looking for a motivated individual who is interested in completing a Certificate III in Business . The successful applicant will complete this traineeship over 12-months while gaining on the job experience with a nationally recognised company.
Our host company is a specialist manufacturer and supplier of Polyethylene (PE) pipe systems and solutions for the transmission of data, water, gas, waste and energy. Renowned for its quality assured and modern manufacturing facilities, our host distributes PE pipe mainly in NSW but also Australia wide.

The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders, invoices, dockets, and related documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date electronic and hard-copy filing systems for all customer records.
- Monitor outstanding orders and ensure timely completion and follow-up.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information.
- Prepare and issue customer quotations and follow up where required.
- Liaise with internal teams (Logistics, Production, Accounts, Quality) to provide customer updates.
- Support logistics by preparing delivery documents, updating schedules, and tracking orders.
- Communicate delivery status, changes, or delays to customers and internal teams.
- Maintain office supplies, assist with stocktaking, and support general office administration.
- Comply with quality and WHS procedures and perform additional duties as directed
- Confidently express self in a clear and concise manner using appropriate language both verbally and in writing.
- Listen carefully to others and check to ensure understanding.
- Identify and convey information to different audiences.

- Be reliable and available for full time working hours – Monday to Friday
- Follow all WH&S policies and procedures.
