HunterNet Career Connections are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their team in Carrington as a Signs and Graphics Apprentice. Working with our host company Hivis Group, we are looking for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic who is interested in completing a Certificate III in Signs and Graphics over 3 years. 

The HIVIS Group is proudly a local, Australian family owned and operated company. Since its establishment in 1960, the company has grown to become one of Australia’s largest manufacturers of road, safety and specialty custom signage & safety products.

As an Apprentice your duties may include:

• Preparing vehicles for application process
• Applying vinyl to vehicles
• Applying print to metal signs, traffic cones, pipes or similar
• Read an interpret job sheets
• Machine set up
• Always follow and apply all safe working procedures and practices

• High attention to detail
• Ability to work to high quality standards
• Good manual handling skills
• Willingness to learn and complete competitive tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Commitment to attending and completing all requirements of TAFE
