Join HunterNet and Port Waratah Coal Services (PWCS) for the third session of our Total Cost of Manufacturing Series, where theory meets practice through a real-world major capital infrastructure project.
Using PWCS’s major coal loader capital project as the case study, this interactive session will explore how Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) principles are applied throughout the lifecycle of a significant industrial investment. Rather than focusing solely on upfront capital expenditure, attendees will gain practical insights into the qualitative factors that influence long-term value, operational performance, risk and asset sustainability.
The session will include a 45-minute presentation, followed by a 30-minute facilitated Q&A and 15 minutes of networking, providing plenty of opportunity to engage directly with the project team and discuss the challenges and lessons learned.
