Apply onlinePre-Apprenticeship Program – Aviation Maintenance
Kickstart your career in aviation maintenance through this hands-on pre-apprenticeship program designed to prepare participants for entry into the Aeroskills industry. Delivered in partnership with TAFE and industry leader BAE Systems, the program combines practical workshops with real-world industry exposure.
Participants will complete three units of competency that can contribute toward further study, while gaining valuable experience through immersive training and on-site industry engagement.
PROGRAM AT A GLANCE
- Theoretical and practical hands-on workshops
- Complete 3 Units of Competency in 1 week at TAFE
- 2 days of work experience with HunterNet’s host company

Training at TAFE Tighes Hill.
Monday 25th to Friday 29th May
Work experience at BAE Systems across 2 allocated days between June 1st and June 5th.

- Aged 15 years or older
- No longer at high school
- An Australian citizen
- Holder or applicant of a valid Unique Student Identifier (USI)
