HunterNet Career Connections, in partnership with a leading electronics company, is seeking a motivated Warehousing Trainee to join their team in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a school leaver or someone looking to start a new career while completing a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations over two years – all while working full-time.
Our host company is a well-established, nationally recognised business specialising in the sale and repair of electronics, particularly mobile phones. They are looking for a proactive team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and shows initiative during quieter periods.

The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Receive, unpack, check, label, and store incoming stock
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, including spare parts
- Load and unload pallets, cartons, and other stock items
- Process stock movements, transfers, and dispatches using computer systems
- Organise and relocate stock as required
- Conduct regular stocktakes and assist with full inventory counts
- Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages
- Prepare freight labels and dispatch documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse
- Follow WHS procedures and safe manual handling practices
- Assist with returns, quarantined stock, and other general warehouse duties
About you:
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work well in a team
- Willing to work overtime when required
- Holds a driver’s licence and has reliable transport
- Forklift licence, Working at Heights ticket, or Microsoft Office skills (desirable but not essential)
As part of the recruitment process, suitable applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment medical testing, including drug and alcohol screening.
