Warehouse Trainee

Cardiff – FULL TIME

HunterNet Career Connections, in partnership with a leading electronics company, is seeking a motivated Warehousing Trainee to join their team in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a school leaver or someone looking to start a new career while completing a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations over two years – all while working full-time.

The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Receive, unpack, check, label, and store incoming stock
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, including spare parts
• Load and unload pallets, cartons, and other stock items
• Process stock movements, transfers, and dispatches using computer systems
• Organise and relocate stock as required
• Conduct regular stocktakes and assist with full inventory counts
• Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages
• Prepare freight labels and dispatch documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse
• Follow WHS procedures and safe manual handling practices
• Assist with returns, quarantined stock, and other general warehouse duties

About you:

• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and able to work well in a team
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Holds a driver’s licence and has reliable transport
• Forklift licence, Working at Heights ticket, or Microsoft Office skills (desirable but not essential)
